The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the beach. Room service was lacking, and it felt disorganized.

AC unit noisy and had odor. Outlets in living room would not hold plugs in from lamp cords, etc. luggage carts needed repair and not enough. Maids offered no offer for Services.

The accommodation was cool with really kind staff. The breakfast was free and very good with lots of delicious options. Amazing central location very close to minutes to watch the sunset at the beach.

Beds were awful in this place.

The hotel has a marvellous and stunning location near shops and restaurants, a water park, and the beach. the staff is very helpful. - Crabby Bill's is a great spot for shots and is only a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel location was marvelous and unbeatable on pristine beaches with beautiful views. the food was good - I really enjoyed it. the pool was well-maintained, and I had savory drinks in the poolside bar. I had the option to leave my car under the property.

The room was very big and clean. Parking spaces were available free of charge.

the property had a well-maintained pool. the location was central and close to the canal, a beach entrance, the Harbor, and the beach. 3. the service was excellent, and I had 3 very nice nights here. 4. I had the opportunity to use the wake-up service at no cost.

The pillows were awesome and i did feel comfortable enough to sleep on the pillowcase( i normally put one of my tshirts over the pillow so i dont put my face on the hotel linen) but the room was clean.

The pool was really small and maybe 2 jets in the hot tub worked. There was no microwave in my room and they only have one ice machine on the whole floor which was in the middle and my room was on the end. Also i only booked the room because it said the address was clearwater but then the confirmation said indian rocks beach. Kinda thot the room was a bit much if not in clearwater.

the property was clean and staff was really good and polite.

Loved the suite with marina views and would happily spend all day there, the location is fantastic with beautiful surroundings.

Need sticky mats in the shower, I took a fall this first time in. Luckily I fell out on to the floor and didn't hit the toilet. This happened in room 212 and was reported to the front desk at checkout time!!

The venue was very clean, and the staff were exceptional; we loved our comfortable queen room.
